Well ladies, this last week was kind of a fail. Only one workout, but I guess that's what happens when work actually gets busy, and you're trying to do 800,000 things. Anyway, here are the final photos.

0 lbs lost, but more muscle definition in my legs, arms and abs. I'm excited to start running again and incorporating some of the Insanity workouts into my weeks. Thanks for all the support and encouragement ladies!
