So I live with my boyfriend due to roommate issues and having a dog, I got his mail and a Jared's statement bill was addressed to him. Obviously I had to ask him about it, he just laughed it off and tried to ignore the topic. I'm trying to be really good about asking about engagement and ring but now it's getting really hard not to. I'm getting inpatient about this. Just needed to share with others to be sure I'm not the only one who has found the bill?

ETA: I just re-read your post.  If he wanted you to get the mail he'd ask.  Leave it alone.  Especially if your name isn't on it.

I don't know luvdcn90... if I lived with my boyfriend and got the mail and saw something addressed to him and was curious I'd ask. And it didn't come off to me like she was snooping, especially since they live together and are both recieving mail at the same place.

But if it was something that I suspected had to do with an engagment ring, I'd probably pretend I didn't see it for his sake. Maybe even put the mail back and pretend I forgot the mail that day. But all the PP are right, it could be something for his mother or something totally different than an engagement ring!
