Dear Dad,

lol it was completely impromptu! We booked flights last night. I got the call yesterday that Grandpa was back in the hospital with pneumonia, and I decided I shouldn't put it off any longer. So I called my mom, she asked me to bring my sister "just in case", and we booked the tickets last night!

My family is originally from NY/NJ, and as my grandparents' health started to decline, they relocated them back up north since we were the only ones down here. I haven't been back since 2007! Can you believe that?! 2007?!
