So, my roommate and I decided to try Insanity. Our university has all the DVD's. I did my first workout and I'm literally dying. My calves and thighs kill.
My question was, is there supposed to be a particular order we do the workouts in? The infomercial makes it seem like it's 2 months and there's a different set for each month, and a rotation within each of those sets?
Since the university has a DVD's, they don't have any of the supplemental information. So any info or tips would be well appreciated!!
