All I can think of is Lady Gaga and Beyonce wrapped in one.

She tends to try and model herself after whomever happens to be a big seller at the moment. Right after Britney started going slutty, she raunched herself up. Right after Duffy and Amy Winehouse and Adele came out, she went all retro-vibe. Now she's trying to model herself after Lady Gaga. To be honest, she's got one of the best voices in the business...I'd rather just hear/see her be herself instead of a clone/knock-off of someone else.

Interesting. I have no opinion at all what so ever. I just find this interesting because on a local radio station yesterday morning they were talking about Christina and saying she was usually always going against what the rest of the crowd was doing.  I don't follow her, so I'm clueless.

I never thought of that Oceana but your totally right. She has too amazing of a voice to try and blend with the crowd.

I think she's kind of always been a sell out. I agree with oceana that she copies whoever is big at the time. She doesn't really try to be unique and I think she would be better if she did.

Simply Fated

I think she adapts well to what people want to hear. If you remain stagnant in this ever changing world, you'll stop selling records.
There is a right way to change and a wrong way to change and I think she does it the right way. I don't think she sells out... Selling out is not the same thing as changing and trying things that are different from what you have done.
