Reading the morning news this morning, I came across an article that discussed realself.com. It's a website that reviews plastic surgery and similar procedures.

Has anyone heard of this before? Would you use it?

Never heard of it.  I used word-of-mouth and googled like crazy checking out my doc before surgery.
