It was a very simple and sweet proposal at home. BF did not get down on one knee, b/c we were standing, and he was snuggled up behind me, talking about how much he loves me, and he pulled the ring out of his pocket and opened the box in front of me and asked. Hee hee, I've been giddy like a school girl ever since and could hardly sleep!

It was actually pretty nice getting engaged while on vacation in another country. I got to be engaged for a week and not be pestered with people bombarding me with questions right away.
