So I bought this skirt forever ago but I have never found any sort of top to wear with it! I was thinking maybe something dark blue?! I'm not sure. I want to wear this while I'm in Russia so I was thinking something summery that I can just wear with some cute little sandals Anyways I would be really grateful if you girls could help me out. TIA!

Thanks girls!  Sorry that was kind of a p&r cause I took the dog for a walk and just finished cooking dinner!
