For my fellow cat ladies...

I first saw this a while ago but just came across it again & it cracked me up because it's literally the story of my life EVERY night.  Bailey is the devil reincarnated at night I swear.

EVERY DAMN NIGHT! lol. Myles will also continuously drop his mouse toy in my face. He loves to play fetch. FI sleeps like the dead so he doesn't even notice.

Haha, that's cute. My parents' cat (when I stay the night) likes to wait until I'm asleep and then scratch my door. So I get up to either let her in or make her go away, but she just takes off down the hallway. So I get back in bed and get warm and comfy and she comes back and does it again.

During the day, if she's bored, she'll attack your feet as you walk across the room. Sometimes she'll do sneak attacks on the dog where he'll be sleeping and she goes up and swats his nose and runs away. She's drawn blood doing that before though, lol.

Oh yeah, my cats meow and meow and meow in the mornings until they're fed.

And my little calico girl is always trying to pat my H's face. She looooooves him.

He says cats are the most perverse animals on the planet. They ALWAYS like him, and he seriously is not a fan. He's allergic, poor man. :(

I won't have inside cats because I'm allergic...and I'm more of a dog person, lol.  I didn't used to be allergic, but I've lived away from home so long now that I've lost my immunity. I get all wheezy and red-eyed and itchy when I visit, but it's usually not horrible if I stay for one night. I'd love to cuddle with the cat, but she only likes you when you give her treats ... and even then she doesn't want to be touched, lol. You have to make her think you don't want her to sit on you at all for her to want to be held. She's got attitude for sure.

My dad isn't allergic, he just doesn't like her. She always seems to want to mess with him the most too. I think they know these things, lol.

BF's cat (now my cat too) is named Miles!

Miles will sleep all night, but once the sun comes out he's meowing to be let out. He also meows for food... when he already has food, like he wants "fresh" food. We usually have to shake his dish and put it back down before he'll eat it.

btw, I LOVE the Simon's Cat videos.

At one point when I was growing up we had 7 cats and 3 dogs... all inside pets in a smallish house. Plus there were 6 guinea pigs (we bought one guinea pig, she had 2 babies, and before we could figure out whether they were boys or girls she got pregnant and had 3 more) a turtle and another small caged rodent (mouse or hamster, I forget). It was a ZOO! I remember the names of all the critters at that time too... I considered listing them but that makes me feel psycho.

With three in the apartment, the Simon's Cat videos are pretty much an accurate representation of my life.

We only have 2 cats but I would have a lot more if FI would let me. I feel like Simon was watching my family when he came up with those cartoons. It could be a video of Bailey it's so similar hahaha

    Love it!

When I lived at home, I put a cat door in my bedroom door. Tabitha would come in the cat door, jump on the bed, hook her claw around a chunk of hair above my ponytail holder, and pull. Yes, the cat learned how to pull my hair to wake me up. It was very effective (for her).
