Teeth Whitening

My smile could use a touch up.

What is the best over-the-counter teeth whitener? I used i-white once and it was okay. Other recommendations?

Crest Whitestrips.  I love 'em!  The new ones supposedly cling to your teeth and are better, but I still swear by the old ones.

Crest did a great job on my teeth!  I definitely recommend them too!

Now I just need to find a subtle way to suggest that my BF use them...he hates the way his teeth look (can't have braces due to super short roots) but I don't think he realizes how much better teeth look when they're white!

I like the Crest Whitestrips too.  I suck at keeping up with the original ones that go for 2 weeks, so I'm going to have to splurge and get the shorter time ones.

I asked my dentist about teeth whitening. Mine have some white spots on them, and he was worried the professional whitening might be too strong, so even he suggested the Crest Whitestrips.

I can't remember what kind they were, but I tried the kind that were just supposed to dissolve once and they were nasty.

I haven't used any in a while, but I used to LOVE the Listerine ones that dissolve on your teeth.  They're super convenient, since you can just put them on and then forget them, and they really work.  I saw a difference after a day.

I also vote for the Crest strips. They're pretty awesome.

I had a sample size of a toothpaste whitening duo from a cosmetic store.  It was AWESOME!  I can't remember the name but I will check as soon as I get home.  I want to buy some but I've been so broke lately.  I recommend it HIGHLY!

    *****EDIT*****
I found it online!  It's called supersmile

So those crest strips (and all types of over the counter whitening products) really burn my teeth and gums.  A friend of mine recommended hydrogen peroxide.  It has been GREAT!  I use it once a day...rinse my mouth with it before brushing.....swish until it foams too much, and spit!  It's really cheap and made for oral care.  I don't plan on using it too much...just wanted something quick to get me ready for my e-pics last weekend.  After 4 days I noticed a HUGE difference!

Arm & Hammer has a hydrogen peroxide toothpaste for sensitive teeth... but oooooo it's sooo gross LOL

I'd go with the Crest Whitestrips too!
