SBUX is okay if I'm in a hurry, but I much prefer speciality drinks from little coffee shops...  especially if they use Elemental coffee.  sooooo good!  I might be getting one tonight for "dessert" after dinner.  yum!

I used to live in a town that had three amazing coffee shops.  The town I live in now has 6 Dunkin Donuts and a Starbucks.  Which in Connecticut is the norm but still, I'd love a coffee from my favorite coffee place in my old town.  I'd only go once and while so I wouldn't get used to the coffee.

Haha yea I was pretty lame yesteday, I got home from work and looked at NEY and I saw all the posts but I was so tired and lazy I was just like I'll read them tomorrow haha.

I'm guilty of getting Starbucks all the time because I love their flavored coffee like their Peppermint mocha or their Pumpkin Spice Latte yummmm!!! But I love Dunkin Donuts coffee way more, I would drink their coffee black all day everyday.

I have days like that, when I'm busy at work and I'm like "seriously?  NEY is fun today!" so I feel your pain.

I forgot about the flavored coffess.  I love the pumpkin spice but DD makes it as well.  I think I just have no love for our Starbucks kiosk at work.  It totally sucks.

I'm adding my own personal one.....going to the casino for people's birthday.  It's annoying, a long drive and expensive.

Also, everyone's opinion is that I'm cheap.  I'm a homeowner, I don't have time to be "living it up" at a casino club that has a $30 cover charge and $15 beers.

I forgot about the Jaeger....makes me want to vom! My mom loves it and if she can find a reason to take a shot of Jaeger then she will. Backstory: my family is from Germany so my Grandmother broke out the Jaeger whenever she could and since her passing my mom has carried on that tradition. I take the shot because my mom always says, "do it for Oma"... and then I'm like, "ok I'll do it for her". Jaeger= drinking orange juice after brushing your teeth.

I just got back from Starbucks. I hear you on the burnt coffee thing, I don't usually order their regular coffee or buy it for home. I don't like it. I used to sorta like their specialty drinks, Fraps, Caramel Macchiatos, now my go to is their Chai. And I like their snacks. Dunkin coffee is usually better, but I feel like it isn't in this area. There are only a few around and I dunno they aren't usually managed well or trafficked enough. Something ain't right whenever I get their coffee. And they need to bring back Marshmallow flavoring for my iced coffee.

My grandmother drank Chianti wine.  I don't think I could handle drinking that either, and I loved my grandmother.

My parent's friends, the husband is from Greece and he'll break out the ouzo for anything.  He carries bottles in his car.  When my dad had his hips replaced he brought it in the hospital for us to all do shots to celebrate my dad's new hips.  I'm like "noooooooo!!!"

I didn't know what you were talking about until you posted boba.  When I used to walk to the train station from my job, there was a place that sold it, I always wanted to try it.  Maybe when the weather is better, it's a bit of a haul.
