I doubt it is true. 

I grew up in the area where he's from and it used to have a teen pregnancy problem. Consequently, they changed the sexual health education. So, if there is anything we learn from a young age it is how not to get pregnant.

Personally, I think she's trying to cover up some sort of shame by pinning the paternity on Bieber. Like, "Well, sh!t. I'm knocked up and broke. What am I going to do? I could try extortion!"

That's what I was thinking too. It is very hard to believe that this could be true, but I feel like it would so interesting if it was. Think of how the perception of Bieber would change if it was!

I don't believe it, but what's gross(er) is that, theoretically, if this were true, she would have been 19 when they slept together and he would have been 16. Um...she should have known better. 

I never get why people lie about these things since the advent of DNA. Chris Rock had a high profile "he my baby daddy" allegation against him maybe 5 years ago and it was proven he wasn't the father. 

If you are sleeping with enough people where there is confusion, on top of not using birth control with any of them, I'm sorry, but I'm giving you the side eye.

Confession: When I was 18 I dated a 15 year old =X He was a month from 16, but everyone gave me crap for "cradle robbing". Funniest part is he looks a LOT like that sparkly vampire, and his middle name is Edward. I ROFL'd when that movie first came out because of the resemblance. We broke up because I lived an hour away (at college) and he got grounded for something stupid so we couldn't even talk on the phone or instant message for a couple weeks. I decided to stick with college age boys after that.

I don't think this story is true. But since she would've been 19 and he would've been 16 at the time this alleged sexual act occurred does that mean she is admitting to statutory rape?
