Ahh, Max Recovery. I loved the first 25 minutes of this video. Lots of stretching, plank work, and some arms thrown in. Then they started with the ridiculous plies. Yeah, I was a dancer 22 years ago, but I can't hold a plie for 12 minutes. kthxbai
All in all, it was a good 'rest' day. It was nice not to jump around. I'm already kind of dreading tomorrow as it's a cardio workout followed by an ab workout. Whew!
