Good morning, Sunday!

Good morning, ladies!
It is Sunday, October 9th, and it is a brisk, lovely morning here in Denver! =D I woke up at five to drop BF off and watch him start his first-ever full marathon. Now, at 7:27 A.M, I am sipping water in my favorite coffee shop and noming jalapeno poppers for breakfast while I wait the remaining three hours until BF crosses the finish line. Life is good!

What does today hold for you all? Any exciting plans? Or are you just relaxing?

    Where I got my belly button pierced last night hurts. My whole tummy is sore if I stretch out on my back or move a bunch. :( I hope it feels better soon because this is annoying.

    I have an interview tomorrow morning so I'll just be preparing for that.
    Used to be bourgehm. +1,500 posts. Silly knot

    Good luck to your BF!  Marathons are awesome.

    Hope - good luck on your interview tomorrow!!!  I'll keep my fingers crossed for you :)

    I went with ma this morning to drop yard stuff off at the dump after all of our yard work yesterday.  And now I'm getting ready for work.  Bah.  I got off super early yesterday after my appointment cancelled, but I have three today, so it's going to be an effing long day.

    Woo! I love marathons!! I always cry when I or the person I'm cheering crosses the finish line! I also love Denver!

    My tooth infection is still looming and I got called into work this morning so I'm finishing this up. Then hopefully making it to church. Then enjoying the weather and the day. This evening... Go Packers!!!

    I love Fall Sundays :)

    polkadot: VibesVibesVibes for your interview! Good luck! =D And make sure to keep your new piercing clean. I've always been afraid to get piercings (darned fear of needles!) but I know that's super important. =)

    peekaboo: The good news is that tomorrow will be shorter in comparison, right?

    karlee4ever: I hope your tooth feels better soon. =/ That's no fun. Hurray fall Sundays!

    ..still hanging out, lol. Thinking about getting chai, or maybe working on my essay--I still have an hour to go before I need to leave for the finish line. Oh well!

    Sounds like an amazing thing for your BF. It must be so exhilarating to cross that finish line.

    Seems like everyone has had a great weekend so far. We've been drowning in rain since Friday night here. It's still pouring. Which means an entire weekend indoors. Oh, and I got sick for the 2nd time this week. Seriously, I've never had a problem with throwing up, but this is getting really old. Especially at 2am.

    Now it's off to attempt to finish my homework and then watch the Jets v Pats game later today.

    I'd love to be able to run a marathon! Props to your boyfriend!

    I had some pretty bad plantar faschiitis from running last year. I just bought a new pair of running shoes yesterday, and I'm now in a place where i can slowly work back into running (hopefully injury free!).

    As for me... I'm working on tackling my to-do list. Making progress.  Still alarmed by how much is left though!

    It is really really warm out here today. Like 80+ degrees here which is crazy.  

    I'm at home on the couch watching the Eagles game online praying they don't disappoint me for the 4th Sunday in a row :(

    Going to do some serious cleaning after the game so I don't have to do it tomorrow on my day off!!

    Wow, that's great that he's running a marathon. It takes a lot to be able to do that! jalapeno poppers are yummy, but I'm not sure I could eat them that early in the morning.

    Hope - did they give you a cleaning solution when you got in pierced? Make sure you follow their instructions to optimum healing. :) GL for your interview!

    Peek - I hope you appointments go smoothly today (or at the very least are entertaining!

    Karlee - tooth pain sucks, I hope it gets resolved soon!

    Ollie - I hate throwing up, it always makes me the most whiny of any illness. I hope you find out what's causing it and make it stop :(

    Becunning - you can do it! I will live vicariously through your to-do list progress, because I'm being lazy and doing nothing. :)

    Puzzle - I <3 fall so much, and I would LOVE to go to an orchard or pumpkin patch today. I'm sorry you have to work and do homework :(

    Lauren - Mmmmm... fall candles. I had to leave all of mine behind when we moved because they weren't necessary and we didn't have room in the car. What are your favourite kinds? Mine were pretty much all food related, haha


    I'm hoping to go do some nature enjoyment stuff with BF today, but he's still sleeping (10:20am here, not the afternoon yet!) so we'll see if it actually happens. Otherwise I guess it'll be a lazy day mixed with some cleaning and laundry.


    ETA: ELLE!! How did it go?

    Now onto writing precis paper for Libraries in the Ancient World...

    Hey Sop! It went well. I'll do a full AW post about it in a few days when I get back to MS, but it was quite an event. It was pretty hard, very fun, and extremely dirty. I'm still finding mud in crevices I didn't know I had.

    Me. All day. And I am soooooooo happy.

    I think the hardest decision I will make all day is whether I want to watch "South Park" or "American Dad" on Hulu... :)

    My friends were here from out of town all weekend, so we went out to brunch and did some shopping. Now I'm sitting on the couch watching football with BF.

    Rdr, sorry about those Eagles...BF is pissed. At least the Giants lost too.
