Thursday Accountability

Morning ladies! I see we all skipped out on this thread yesterday. I'm happy to report I stayed within my WW points & went to the gym for an hour!

B: Egg white omelette with tomatoes, ham, & 1 slice of American (5)
S: Fruit cup (0)
L: Lean Cuisine Ranchero Braised Beef (6)
S: Apple (0)
D: Going to dinner with FI tonight (Wylie Dufresne's WD~50!!) & we'll probably do the tasting menu so I have no idea what we'll be eating or how many points it'll be. 

Total: 11, not including dinner

E: Weights (+1), running/walking intervals for 35 minutes (+5)

    Good for you for staying on track during the holiday!  I can not say the same for myself.

    B: kashi cinnamon harvest cereal + soy milk
    L: steamed mixed veggies, fruit, granola bar
    D: taco salads
    S: Oreos...I opened a pack yesterday and I know I won't be able to resist having a couple, so I might as well claim them here.

    ugh...  we didn't get home last night until 1:00 AM, and 5:00 AM comes way too early...  hopefully I can stay on track today.  I don't have a lunch packed so I'll have to hunt something down.

    BF:  Starbucks Reduced Turkey Bacon and Egg White sandwich (320 cals), blonde roast coffee (0)
    S options:  2 peaches (100), red grapes (120), 2 c. popcorn (150), 3 slices of turkey with one slice provolone (~120)
    L:  EDIT:  Panera, You Pick Two with a cup of the lemon chicken orzo soup (120 cals) and a half strawberry with poppyseed salad (170) and an apple (80)
    S:  see above
    D:  ST baked chicken strips, ~4 oz (165) with a huge veggie salad (50 cal) and a fruit salad of cantaloupe, black grapes, and blueberries (~65 cals)

    E:  major house cleaning, laundry, gardening, and probably a super-quick 1.6 mi walk/jog with the dog. 
  • B- tea, yogurt and almonds
    L-lentil soup
    s- may be an apple
    D- vegetarian stew with quinoa chick peas, tomatos and butternut squash
    S-pita chips may be

    E-  I really need to do something hopefully at least a yoga/dance dvd I have.
