I was thinking about photography for my wedding today and remembered that you were planning to do a TTD session. Did you ever do it? If so. . . where are the pics???

I did do it! Unfortunately, my photographer's wife had surgery on both eyes over the holidays and she does their retouching. So, I don't have the photos yet, except one:




It was fun. Only took us about an hour, we did pics beside a large fountain first, my DH was in a few photos (he didn't get wet, though). I wore purple polka-dot galloshes and had a purple umbrella. The photographer brought a portable changing booth so I could get out of my wet dress ASAP. The weather was nice, but the water was COLD.

I'm glad I did it and can't wait to see the rest of the photos once they've been retouched.

Thanks, everybody. I promise to AW the pics when I get the rest back. The photog did it for free, so I'm not going to press him for them. I don't know how long it will be, but you'll be some of the first to see them.

Also- I don't know how many remember the craziness that was my wedding gown experience, but since "trashing" it (the dress is totally intact and the taffeta isn't ruined- I may still have it cleaned and donate it) I feel so much more positive about that dress. I HATED it so much (not the style, but the experience I had with it) and never felt that it was MY dress. Now I can think of it in a much more positive way. TTD was the best idea I've ever had.
