    I might actually like having that for my license plate.  Because then when I get pissed at other drivers, I can feel justified in honking or flipping them off because I'm BSC.  LOL.

    I think we're all allowed to be a little BSC when sharing the road with idiots - no justification required.

    Maybe those were the random letters they were assigned? All our license plates here are 3 letters then 3 numbers and I'm sure BSC ### is a possible combination.
