I am having a lunch right now of roasted garlic hummus, tabouleh, one small pita, 10 unsalted pretzles, one cube Laughing Cow Garlic & Herb cheese, 1 Granny Smith Apple, and 4 slices cheddar cheese. The whole thing is about 515 calories

This is cheating on my "nothing but salad every day" rule, but I had no other options because they got rid of the salad bar

Is this cheating too much? Because I could totally eat this every day. Nom.
