Thursday Accountability

B- plain yogurt fresh strawberries hot chocolate
L- salad 2 pieces of garlic bread and some broccoli
S- apple
D- not sure yet I may fry up some mushrooms and spinach for some veggie tacos
S- wine may be some fruit salad

E- more abs workout today, even though they are pretty sore.  I was going to take a brisk walk over to the library, but it looks like rain any minute.  So I may have to come up with some else instead. 

Sorry for being such a PW.  Work seems to keep blocking more and more stuff each week, it's annoying so now I can't see any blogs or pinterest, or listen to music. Major boo

    E: A light run after work, and maybe a late hot yoga class.

    I really have no idea why I haven't eaten lunch yet. I just have yet to be hungry!


    And that sucks about work blocking everything. Are they really strict about playing on the internet?

    Not sure, I work for a pretty big firm so I think some of it is bandwith issues.  That is why I can't listen to pandora at work anymore.

    B: Egg white omelette with mushrooms, tomatoes, & 1 slice of meunster cheese, 1 slice of whole wheat toast with butter, coffee
    L: Salad with grilled shrimp, mozzarella, & roasted red peppers
    S: An apple & a banana
    D: 2 turkey burger patties with my homemade guac Laughing
    S: WW ice cream bar (today is National Chocolate Ice Cream Day!!)

    E: Weights, W4D2 C25K

    D-veggie bratwurst + red skin potatoes
    S-muscle milk or protein bar after working out

    E-2 mile run + weights (since I skipped lifting yesterday)

    L - peanut butter and jelly sandwich
    D - no clue
    S - haven't had any.
    E- eh. Maybe a 2 mile leisurely walk with BF later, which hardly counts.

    I'm being really unhealthy and not eating much lately, because we really need to go grocery shopping. For now, I just scrounge up whatever I find. I'm also saving up for this weekend, since Saturday I'll be going out for my bday lunch, having pizza with friends on Sat night, and then going to dinner on Monday with BF for my actual bday. It'll be calorie and carb overload.

    S/L - chik fil a sandwich and fries (I'm sad and nervous, and I'm eating my feelings)
    S - cashews
    D - probably a frozen pizza (which we will obviously cook before eating)

    E - nothing. I brought my clothes to work to go to Zumba at lunch time but then ate chik fil a and decided to skip it. Hopefully I'll get motivated to do something tonight, maybe one of the pinterest workouts.
