L- salad 2 pieces of garlic bread and some broccoli
S- apple
D- not sure yet I may fry up some mushrooms and spinach for some veggie tacos
S- wine may be some fruit salad
E- more abs workout today, even though they are pretty sore. I was going to take a brisk walk over to the library, but it looks like rain any minute. So I may have to come up with some else instead.
