NOPE! The asshats that run the place offered me the job based on the availability that I gave them.  Then a few days into it, they wanted me to work during a day that I was not available and they didn't like it.  They had me come in on an overstaffed day and had me leave early because they were overstaffed....then the following day, I called to tell them I was going to be 5 minutes late and they fired me.

Their reason: Your availability is not what we were expecting. 
My response: I gave you my availability and you tried to schedule me on a day and time I was NOT available.  How is it not what you were expecting?
Their response: We need someone that is available from 5am til 11pm and flexible with their hours.  We are not looking for a single Mom.

Sadly, I didn't get the convo recorded,....if I did, I would be pressing charges for wrongful seperation and discrimination.
