Interview UPDATE

For some reason, I couldn't reply to my own post about asking for vibes! WTH!?

Anyway. I NAILED the interview.  Or at least I think I did.  I was there for about an hour and a half.  15 minutes of it was filling out the application and waiting for the HR Director to come in.  The interview itself was an hour and 15.  I've always felt that if you are there longer then 30 minutes, you're pretty much good as gold. 

I don't have much experience in the way of Corporate Event Planning, but what little I do have is decent and I provided the HR Director a copy of the certificate(s) of appreciation I got for each of the week long training meetings and week long sales meetings that I helped organize (a total of 16 - 8 for training and 8 for sales (2 a year for 4 years)). So, I think that helped me out just that little bit.

They have a bunch of people to interview and I probably won't hear for at least 2 weeks.  I have to type up my thank you email.  I hope that helps seal the deal. 

Pay isn't too bad, it's dependant on experience, so hopefully my range is with in what they're willing to pay.  10 personal/sick/vacation days for the first 5 years kinda blows, and she didn't even touch holidays...I'm guessing they're seperate.

Fingers are crossed and I am praying I get this because even though I probably wouldn't start until just before Christmas, at least I'd be going into the new year with a job....
