The Knot Wedding Shop Trouble?

So...I placed an order two weeks ago. Box of coasters, personalized jewelry, etc. The transaction cleared in my account within a few days. Then the cleared transaction "dissappeared" and my money was back. Then it posted again. Cleared. Repeat. This has happened over the last two weeks. The log of the order on this site reads processing, cancelled, repeat as well. What gives? /rant

Has anyone else had trouble with the shop and can make me feel a bit better about my woes lol?

Thanks I knew that info when I called them today. You'll see in my post how I was largely lamenting and asking if other brides were having/have had any issues.
