how do i get it to show on my post?

Copy and paste the code into your signature (you can get to it from the My Knot panel.)

Also, make sure you have "Show User Signatures" checked in the top righthand corner. If you don't have that checked, you won't be able to your sig, and thus, the ticker won't show up for you.
