Budgeter Tool Sharing

I wasn't sure where else to put this, so I'll stick it here

I'm not actually paying for my wedding, my mother is, but I think the budgeter tool on TK is really helpful and was wondering if anyon knew whether you could share that with others?  Beyond simply sharing account info.

Most people here will tell you that most of the Knot tools are pretty glitchy. The list is very all-inclusive and very helpful, though.
What I did is take the budget tool and make my own list in Excel. And I can make extra notes and columns at a glance.
If you both have gmail accounts, you can share documents (it's a lot easier than it sounds), and you could work off of excel in your gmail, and your mom would be able to access it.
