My month board's mod has gone AWOL and we can't get a response from TK. . .

Hello! 

The mod for my month board hasn't posted or updated her siggy since August. We've tried e-mailing messageboards@theknot.com and moderators@theknot.com without a response from either of them for a few weeks now. Is this typical? Should we expect for it to take a while for them to straighten this out? Or is there another avenue we can take to get it squared away sooner?

There are some boards where it has been more than a year since the mod has been anywhere to be found.

I feel like a lot of mods have gone missing lately. Like, I hardly ever see mods even on the more active boards post. Anyone know what the process is to apply to be a mod for a forum that doesn't have one?

I would say about 60% of the boards around here have AWOL mods.
