Okay, so I think the NJ website is just not explaining this correctly. After I apply for the license and wait the 72 hours they require, I bring my license that they have given me to my ceremony and have it singed at the ceremony right? I dont have to go back to town hall to get it signed, do I? As long as I have someone to legally sign it at the ceremony, they can sign it. That's how I've always understood it, but now the wording of the NJ site has me confused. Thanks for all of the help
