Okay so I need some advice ladies. My fiancé and I live in an apartment complex and have been having nothing but problems recently with our neighbors and apartment. First off we've complained like 3 x now about the fact that our neighbors like to purposely do a certain activity loudly enough to shake our entire apartment. No I am not kidding, it sounds like a helicopter is landing on our roof and no amount of noise is enough to outdo the racket.
Well no sooner than we get that solved our ceiling in our bedroom is occasionally pouring water whenever they take a bath and our landlord days he can't fix it until they respond to his notice so that the maintenance guy can come in and check their pipes. Also let's not leave out the fact that despite opening the door and window while showering isnt enough to combat the growth of mold and what the maintenance man calls "mildew" in our bathroom! I have even tried a window fan and running the air conditioning along with the ceiling fan to no avail. I am pissed.
What should I do? Am I overreacting here? I mean rent is coming up and I am feeling really sour about the idea of paying it right now.
