Wording Parents name on program.

I was raised by my mom and adopted by her husband at age 4.  My adoptive father has truly been dad to me.  I now have somewhat of a relationship with my biological father and his mother (my grandmother) who are coming to my wedding.  How should I list them on my programs?  Don't want to offend them or disrespect my adoptive dad. HELP!

Not the same situation but my FI has 2 sets of parents (each divorced then re-married). We are listing both sets, one under the other.
Mr & Mrs. Set A
Mr. & Mrs. Set B

I would say list your mom & adoptive dad together and then underneat them, do your dad or your dad and his wife or whatever if he has.
Mr. & Mrs Set A (adoptive dad & mom)
Mr. Bio Dad (& wife- if he has)
