Friday the 13th sucks!!!

We are going to davids bridal tomorrow for bridesmaid dresses and one of them just now an hour ago told e she couldnt be in the wedding

Sorry to hear! Just remember there is no replacing a bridesmaid? Do you know why she can't be in the wedding? I have to agree today is kind of sucking we just had some rain start pouring down and all of a sudden it is leaking into the home we had built 2 yrs ago!

really? it being friday the 13th has nothing to do with it.. it's a made up superstition.

I don't know! When I was 12 it was a Friday the 13th and my mom hit a deer right next to a grave yard. I was sure we were going to be eatin by zombies that night ;)

You know, I'm sure in your little world/mind that you think this was a funny/whiity response, but it wasn't. IMO, that was a seriously Jack@ss response. Taking a fall down a flight of stairs is nothing to joke about. Someone can get seriously injured or worse.

OP, Im sorry your BM dropped out. Honestly, I'd see if she'd be up to lunch or something and see if perhaps theres more to the situation. I know when I was planning our wedding, while I thought that I was still being an awesome friend, there was a week where one of my BMs was having a really hard time, and I was completely oblivious to it. We went to dinner and she told me what was up and it helped make things better. Good luck!
