How happy were you with your experience?

I have three black tie weddings in the next year. I was thinking about renting gowns so that I can avoid wearing the same dress to every function without spending an absurd amount of money.

It was great that they sent you two dresses, but I'd still rather try on a dress before I have to wear it out somewhere. If you can find a store near you that carries that type of dress or something, choose a fabric and style that you already know you like. The accessories section was great! My mom uses it when she has to go to auctions and stuff.

Alot of the dresses on there can be found at Neimans, Nordstrom or Saks....I reccomend going there, trying them one to see what size you are, then ordering. They send you two sizes anyways so you should be good. My friend rented from there for a wedding we went to last month and had a very good experience with them.

i took a look at their website, and to me spending that much to rent a dress doesnt seem too fun.  i think i would rather buy a few dresses that you can dress up and wear different ways to different occasions.

sorry for no help, ive personally never used them or know someone who has.  they have beautiful dresses!  if you dont want to keep it i say go for it.

I used them for our engagement pictures (below!) and for FI's brother's wedding where I knew I'd be photographed a bunch, so probably wanted something knew. Both experiences were excellent. I also live in NYC, so they were messengered to me the next day. Assuming you know your size very well, don't hesitate to order!
