I know this is a knock off company and I should have been more careful when ordering online and did some research!  But I just a bought a few items because it was a great deal.

Some people may have had good experiences with this company but I have not!  So I'm just writing a little consumer warning!

I ordered items on November 2nd, they were shipped on November 10th and I still have not received them yet and my wedding is on the 12th!  I've contacted the company and they can not provide a tracking number and is giving me the big run around on issuing me a refund!  My next step will be to dispute it with my cc company!

To be fair, you should have known that shipping would take an extremely long time from a foreign country.

I've ordered from them, and it's not stellar quality but shipping takes forever. If you had really wanted the items that close to your wedding you should have bought them in person. I wouldn't even order from a reputable site with only 10 days to receive the items.

I actually paid for the quick shipping so I assumed I would have received them on time :(

I ordered my gown from Lightinthebox.com and it is GORGEOUS and super high quality. But, it came allllllll the way from China and took 45 days to get here once it had been shipped. My mom also ended up buying her MOB dress from them and it's also very pretty and high quality. You shouldn't speak ill of a company just because you didn't plan ahead and ordered things so closely to your wedding date.

Sorry but no one is at fault but you. I ordered a black sash for a dress from them (because I didn't want to spend a lot of money and it was a one time wear) and it took almost 5 weeks to get it.

In my defense I paid extra for Expedited Shipping (and it was alot!) and it says order shall be received in 3-4 days.  I should have had them way before weding day! 

According to their emails I should have had items by November 15th.....almost a month before wedding date!

I just wanted people to be aware of where they are ordering from...and unlike me do some research before ordering.  I guess I was a little irate when I started thread.  I should have not said "do not order" my apologies.

A little late - but I ordered my reception shoes from them.  I was concerned with the shipping; and I did order close to my date.

I just made sure I had a back up plan.

PPs are right though, you should have planned further in advance.  Even if items are shipped on time and get to the States on time; it doesn't mean things can't be held up in customs.

I ship back and forth at my office to different companies overseas and I never heard of an expedited order taking almost 30 days now???  To me it sounds more like regular mail.

But it's ok, I learned my lesson lol!  And it wasn't anything that can not be bought at a store.  I'm more upset about not issuing me a refund especially since I paid almost dbl for shipping.

Thanks, I will check up on this.  I don't think it's going to help me before the wedding but at least I will have what I paid for.

Sometimes packages go right through, other times they can be held for months! And Lightinthebox can in no way control how long customs takes. It is your responsibility as a consumer from another country to be aware of this variable. And YOU are also responsible for any additional shipping fees or tariffs added onto your order, so this wait you're experiencing may not only be long but expensive. :[ Read up on US Customs regulations and do what you can to locate your packages from there. Good luck to you and I hope you get your packages before the wedding!
