The mother, who did not wish to be identified, said that bean dipping is a new activity in the schools where a boy touches a girl under her breasts to see if they bounce and then makes fun of her.
The mother filed a bullying report on the Dublin City School District's website, 10TV's Tanisha Mallett reported.
The mother said the Davis Middle School principal told her the situation would be handled but could not detail how the student would be handled.
"Everybody seemed concerned," the mother said. "It seemed to get better but then it happened again yesterday."
School officials said that they could not release the bullying report because of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA.)
The mother said that she wanted to see that the school is taking action.
"I think it is also important that a school assembly is called so that the children can be addressed, so they can be told that this borders on sexual harassment and it is not tolerated," the mother said.
