My hands apparently swell a lot over night and I often wake up because I can feel my ring cutting off my circulation but it's always fine within a couple of minutes. I mentioned this to a friend (also engaged) and she said she takes hers off nightly. Honestly, this had not occurred to me to do. I can't sleep with any other jewelry on...why would I sleep with my ring on. So far the only time i've taken it off is to clean it or to clean the house. Otherwise it's on 24/7.
I realize it's personal preference but I wanted to see if anyone else takes their ring off nightly. Or if you take your ring off regularly.
