What to wear when you go and try wedding dresses on?

What do you suggest wearing underneath when you go and try dresses on?

It might be a good idea to wear/bring a strapless bra. However, most bridal stores have ones you can borrow.

I usually just wear whatever. Nothing particularly special or necessary.

Everything Stage said.  Especially modest underwear.  Even if you don't have the sanitary issue, you are going to have some stranger in there helping you get in and out of the dresses.  You do not want to be wearing your skanky panties. 

I found it easier to wear a simple sundress and flip flops that I could get in and out of really easily.

Defineately wear some good undergarmets, keep the hair simple, and some good shoes.  Also make sure that you've eaten something and had enough water that you don't need to bring any in.    Do anything to help make a good impression such as floss, brush teeth, perhaps a little baby powder--and just enjoy yourself!

Make sure you bring some heels that will be the height you plan to wear for the wedding.  Wear or bring your strapless bra and a girdle if you will be wearing one.  Also try to wear clothes that are easy in get in and out of.
