Hair and makeup in the Salem area

Hello!My bridesmaids and I will be getting ready in the Salem area and need someone to do hair and makeup.  Does anyone have any recommendations for either salons in the area we could go to or hair and makeup artists that can come to us.  I'm getting married on a Sunday so that makes things a little more complicated since most salons aren't open on Sundays!  Thanks in advance!

We are having our hair and makeup done at the Cutting Edge salon in Salem. I am having my trial done on Saturday so I can let you know how it goes then. Another knottie Haleymac recommended this salon to me. Their prices are reasonable. I think I saw on the website that they will open the salon on a Sunday for Sunday weddings. GL!

That's where I'm going too! Per recommendation of these fabulous ladies.My trial isn't for another month though but they have been great to work with setting things up

My friends recommended me to Amy at Studio D in Methuen.  She travels, but I am sure you could go to the studio too.  I just had my trial and I loved it!  One of my BM's has recommended her to every bride she's known and gets her hair done there on a normal basis too. Her prices and her traveling fees were reasonable.  Good Luck

I dont work in a salon anymore but my FI used to work at Bella Viaggio. I know they opened up on a Sunday just for a bride on here not long ago. They do a good job. There is one girl in particular that does the best updo's I just cant remember her name. I'm a stylist and my FI is too. I'm way OCD when it comes to my hair. Our family has a joke going about who will have the worst day of their life on my wedding day. I'll need to take a sedative. I'll be the bride that goes to 25 salons for trials and in the end takes over. I have done this once two years ago. FI is the only person I let do my hair besides myself lol.
