I purchased a dress from a seller (an actual person) on Ebay, but the dress was wayy too short for me so I am planning on returning it. On the item, the seller had a 14 day return/refund as long as I pay shipping, yadda yadda. Well, she's not familiar with ebay/paypal transactions and doesn't know how to do it. Paypal has already withdrawn the funds from my bank, so since my part of the transaction is done there's nothing else I can really do. She hasn't marked the item as "paid" in ebay, so I can't use the 'resolution center.' After contacting her she says she hasn't received the payment for it, but she's willing to refund me if she knew how. Other than telling her to contact paypal herself (she seems pretty clueless) what can I tell her? Is anyone here familiar with what she might need to do as the seller to accept/refund payment?
