This is real random but we are on the chit chat board so I guess this comes into chit chat. Does anyone else out there get real bad cramps and no joke 24 hour pain on their first day of monthly? If you do, can you tell me what to do to stop it? I'm real scared cos my wedding date is 13 August and currently it falls close to that time. I know it's months away but honestly my monthly flips around heaps at the moment so it's hard to know - and I don't want to go on contraceptives - i've heard too many bad stories about how they make you gain weight. Can anyone help?
