Maggie Sottero-Alexa Wedding Dress

Need your help. I am in love with Maggie Sottero-Alexa wedding dress which for the most part I have seen priced at around $900 online. My question is how can I find it cheaper. I have seen some websites where it is priced at between $250-$500. Not sure if these are fakes and how would I know.

Any response would be grealty apprecated.

I ended up getting a Maggie Sottero dress and when I was looking online I also saw them for 300.00.  I knew there was no way they were real, but I had to email anyways just to find out.  I received a response that they were made overseas and were knock offs made to look "just like the original".  I went to the local store and bought my dress.  Anything too good to be true probably is!!  Good luck!

Maggie Sottero doesn't discount dresses. Anything you see for 250-500  is a knockoff and will not look like the original dress.

Your best bet is trying to find the dress used or preowned.

I also got a Maggie Sottero dress at a bridal shop.  It wasn't horribly expensive.  I know it was an authentic one and not an knock off.  The cheaper ones online are and usually have something wrong with them.

CMGr has a very valid point about trying on the dress.  If you haven't tried it on, do so before even looking around online.  I was dead set on getting a certain Alfred Angelo dress.  Went to the shop, thought it was ugly on the rack.  Still tried it on....horrible.  The wedding dress consultant actually picked my dress out and had me try it on.  Perfect!

I've seen lots of people recommend calling Pearl's Place.  So what you might want to do is go try it on somewhere locally, make sure it's "the one" on you, and then call Pearl's Place and get a quote.  They are a licensed retailer.  What's the worst that could happen?  You waste ten minutes (if that) on the phone?

Pearl's Place is awesome for discounted dresses, but they cannot discount Maggie dresses.

Anything online other than maybe someone's used dress is a knockoff. Go to a bridal salon that carries her dresses. I bought this dress for $1,400 in NY so maybe slightly higher than other areas in country... maybe you can find somewhere around 1k
