sorry to whine. just needed to vent a little.
FMIL is still complaining that they are not mentioned on the invitations, she claims this site says to put them in it under the configurations (for the bride's parents hosting only, it does not). this was a month ago. They are mad that I an hyphenating my name.
At the bridal shower meeting FMIL kept telling my mother to invite certain family members to the shower since they werent invited to the wedding. the people she wanted to invite to the shower that 'were not invited' are in fact invited to the wedding. she even gave us her families side of the guest list.
My Maid of Honor dropped out last week. She has been my best friend since high school.
My grandmother and uncle will not go to my wedding because a guest they happen to be fighting with is invited. my dad threatened not to attend but was quickly fixed by my mother.
Im so stressed i have had a headache for a month straight. I hate how everything is turning out. i would elope if $2k wasnt invested in the wedding already ($5K budget, i have pretty good connections). Im so upset by everything. Tired of dealing with In-Laws who are far from nice and supportive.
