Destination weddingts...VIRGINIA BEACH!

Hello Knotties!
I am TRYING to plan a destination wedding at virginia beach and I am having the MOST DIFFICULT TIME.  I wanted to do it ON the beach but am having difficulty because of the large guestlist.  I cannot think of anyone else to cut to get it down to 150 people.  If anyone has gotten married on the beach most importantly VIRGINA BEACH  I am open to any and ALL IDEAs and advice.

I live right in that area, and was down by the beach the other day while they were setting up for a MASSIVE wedding. I just looked up the hotel, and if I'm not mistaken it was right infront of the hilton, (one has to assume they were the ones putting on the wedding,) which might put a damper on this piece of information since it's probably rather pricey. It's a starting point, though! I'd get in contact with them and see what they have to say. Hope that helps!

P.S. it's a gorgeous location, right next to the neptune statue, (in neptune's park) so it's DEFINITELY worth looking into.
