I seen a picture of a dress like this in a magazine. Its NOT this dress. I cannot find the magazine or picture anywhere. Does anyone know of any dress that looks similar to this?

I think the strap had a tear drop hole in it but kept the detailing like this one.

This one could be altered to a tea length dress.  It's hard to see the details in the picture, but this dress has the same button back.
