So fist off I want to say sorry for the vent... I am so frustrated with Davids Bridal. First I get terrible service when I go shopping for my dress there, so we didnt get my wedding dress from there, BUT we did go through them for the BM dresses because I have some girls from out of town and that just seemed like the easier rout so everyone could get fitted etc etc in their own town!
BAD IDEA they are so rude the three girls in town they shoved all in one dressing room and left us there for no help, and we were pulling all of our own dresses.. Then we finally decided what dress for the girls. Everyone is ordered Even the out of towners 
But looks like one of my girls didnt get the amount off she was supposed to on her dress when she ordered.. BC it got rang up wrong and apparently people dont know how to read the notes on their computer screen!!
Then my other BM in SC went to order and the lady was trying to get her to purchase a size 14 dress in the store and she is maybe a size 8... They kept telling her that getting the bigger dress was the better option bc she could get it altered to fit her prerfectly!! ok.. really?? REALLY?? you are only supposed to alter a dress two sizes at the most a real consultant would know that.. not to mention why would she pay for alterations when she could just order the dress to come in... IN HER SIZE.. novel idea uh?
Then the thing that just set me over after all the bad service already!! I was looking on their website and fell in love with a pair of shoes!!! They were cute and had a little sparkle and could be dyed.. which is amazing bc i had my heart set on turquois shoes!! So I bring the shoes up to the counter and tell her i want to purchase them but i need them dyed.. so she gets out the book and tells me to pick what color.. i picked the colors turquois and aruba (they looked exactly the same to me lol) so i told her either one of the colors will work.
Then she goes back to the back room to "look:" and see if they have the colors i wanted.. she told me they didnt and that there was nothing that she could do.. OK really if you dont have a color then order it i have 8 months for my wedding its not like there isnt time. so i took the white shoes home and called the manager the next day to find out they did have the color... OMG and i had to go back to get them dyed... worste experience ever with customer service!!! Its worse than going to a Mcdonalds!!
