to cover or not to cover...

I'm debating on chair covers.  My colors are red, black and silver.  The venue's banquet chairs are mauve and gold...I found a great deal - one website I found sells them - black with a white sash attached - for $2.59 each, free shipping.I can sell them after to recoup a significant chunk of the cost.  What would you do?

Could you share the website?  My daughters venue has ugly black chairs and they need something.

If it won't break the bank, then go for it! Even though I had basic ivory, I really think the room looked better with them.

I think you should go for it if you can swing it! Chair covers (imo) make a world of a difference!

Like pp, if this is something you can swing, then I'd so go for it. I wasn't going to do chair covers at first and a few months before the wedding I decided on chair covers over the table overlays. What a difference it made! I ended up loving the chair covers, but it wasn't a necessity to me. That is a great deal though! GL!!

I think chair covers are a special touch, and if you can do it, go for it! I wish we had had the extra cash to do it!
