Where can I find a cute short dress?

I'm short and potentially planning a beach wedding. Schlepping through the sand in a long gown is not something I want to do, but I'm having a hard time finding short dresses that aren't designed for bridesmaids. Where should I be looking?

Short dresses are really popular right now, and nearly every bridal designer has a few. I'm a really big fan of the limited edition one by White House Black Market, which is tea-length in the front and longer in back.
