Wedding shoes

I am having issues with my wedding shoes. I am thinking of buy inserts too make them more comfortable but one of my major issues is my feet slide forward? Does anyone know how to fix this?

    No they fit really will but after walking in them for a while they slide forward.

    I have the same problem. Are they peep toe? Mine are and I've been having the same issue. There are this things you can find online (at places like amazon) called killer kushionz--I think they're made by a brand called Foot Petals.
