Flower girls in color or in white?

I have two FG and i found them great dresses. The dresses comes in gold and in white. My colour for my wedding is gold and pink. So, my question to you girl is: should the FG have the same color dress as mine or can they be gold?

I say do whatever you want.  Most people put them in white (which, honestly , the concept of a mini-bride is a little wierd to me).  If you found cute dresses in gold, I think it would be really cute to put them in gold.

I would go with gold.  Also white and little kids tend not to mix, they get dirty really fast.

My colors are black and ivory, the girls are in ivory with black ribbon tied around the waist. I think colored dresses would look good. Are they matching the bridesmaids too?

I wanted my FG to be in the same blue as the BM, but when I mentioned it to her (she's 9) she got upset because she wanted to wear white. So she's going to wear white. Haha. Kids...

Gold would be cute! I still haven't decided yet on if I will do pink or ivory. I am just waiting until we actually start looking for the FG dresses and I am hoping one will just pop out to me or my FG's mom will tell me what she likes.
