*What to wear with my dress* (PIC INCLUDED)

My dress is trumpet/sheath so I'm not sure what to wear? I will have cups sewn in and most likely be wearing spanx, just so I'm comfortable (although i'll be more uncomfortable most likely). 

Should I have a slip of some kind? Not sure.

    Your dress is gorgeous on you!! I would say wear a slip that has a mermaid shape to it so it flares out at the bottom. But only if that's the shape you want :0

    It fits you beautifully, I wouldn't wear anything..but I get hot really easy.
