Dress i.d. help.

I figured I would ask as you ladies are so good at this! I'm having a hard time finding a dress that I like but I saw one on "Say Yes To The Dress" the other day. It's on the episode "The Facilitators" season 7 episode 9. I fell in love with the tea length rainbow tulle gown. Can anyone tell me who makes this dress and if the tulle was added or if it comes that way? I came in on the end of it and didn't hear if it was an add on to a plain dress or not. Thanks!

It might help if you can post a picture (maybe a screen shot from the show's website?)

I remember that episode and I am almost positive the tulle was a customization.  Most shops should be able to help you with that.  It may be playing on demand if you try to find it or on the shows website.

I remember that too.  I don't remember the designer, but the tulle was added by their alterations department.

I can't find a picture of the dress anywhere or anything about it online is why I was asking here. I'm not so dead set on the exact dress as it was just a very simple white tea length gown. I'm more looking for the flash of the tulle and it's nice to know it was an add on. Thank you ladies so much!
