Bridesmaid dresses for under $100??

We live in a small city and I don't know where to find dresses under $100 other than David's Bridal. The color is black, so shouldn't be too hard.Either long or cocktail length. The BMs are college students and we want to keep this doable for them. Any retailer or online suggestions are welcome.

Modcloth.  My bridesmaids got their dresses there for 70 bucks.  They have return shipping both ways!

Target now carries bridesmaids dresses. That's where we're getting ours. They're $70 and I think they have black.

I would suggest Target as well.
