Not being snarky, but it looks like a Disney dress.  I would check their design line.  You're apt to find something similar, if not this exact dress.

To me, it looks more like a quinceanera dress than a bridal dress.  Not that it makes a bit of difference if it's a dress you love, but it  might help you find the designer.  Try Mary's bridal or Victoria's bridal.
